Michaela Šebelová has been involved in municipal politics since 2010 (also used to be a mayor). Her original profession is a physiotherapist. She also used to be an instructor of areobics and yoga. She specializes in spinal pain. Both her jobs – politics and physiotherapy – have a lot in common. She says - "You work for people, but you don't get results without their cooperation and active involvement." Therefore she is involved in the Health Comittee and Comittee for Sports in the Czech Parliament and is trying to highlight the importance of the physical activity for our health and make it a political topic on the highest level.

Steffen Gausselmann joined the Deloitte Sports Business Group in 2017. As a Senior Manager, Steffen is supporting the team in strategic and economic projects, especially at the interface between sports business and finance. His specific project experience encompasses financial and commercial due diligence as well as strategic consulting in the German and European sports and fitness industry. In addition, Steffen is co-author of selected Deloitte studies, such as the „European Health and Fitness Market Report”. The report, which is published annually in cooperation with EuropeActice, provides detailed market insights on country level including general trends and developments, M&A activities and current consumer research. Before Steffen started working for Deloitte, he graduated with a M.Sc. in finance from the Lund University in Sweden.

Achieving the common goal of getting more people more active more often requires close cooperation with the education, health, business, community and traditional sports sectors. Virgil is currently the President of Sports HUB Romania, and the Vicepresident of CEO Clubs
Romania. He has been ten years the captain of the Romanian National team and five years
he has been named the Best Romanian Basketball Player.
With an impressive career, Virgil played basketball at the highest level in Europe, with
appearances in Euroleague, Euro Cup and EuroChallenge. After his sport career, he
remained in basketball taking the role of president of Steaua CSM EximBank team, and was
also elected as Vice-President of the Romanian Basketball Federation.
He is a graduate of the University of South Alabama, where he has been recently inducted
in the USA’s Hall of Fame. Virgil holds a masters’ degree in Economical European Integration
from the University of Arts and Sciences “Gheorghe Cristea” , a masters’ degree in
Leadership and Management from Northumbria University (UK), and a coaching degree
from the National Coaching School “ANS”.
